I believe that Norm Babcock is planning on holding a weekly race in the
Eugene area however he has yet to file paperwork or put it on the schedule.
If anyone is interested maybe they can contact Norm and volunteer to lend a
hand.

Subject: [OBRA Chat] twilight races

sorry , I'm a week late reading my mail, ( Big k mtb race). I am very
happy to see someone take the lead on this. I'd put one on here in Roseburg
but no one would drive here and It's to far for me to go to Eugene to
promote a weekly series.
I think a weekly series in Eugene would be a better than Corvalis. It's a
1 1/2 hr drive to Corvalis and a 1hr drive to Eugene. If know one in Eugene
is willing to promote the event in Eugene I guess i'll have to drive to
Corvallis. It's better than the 3 hrs to P.I.R. which I do 4+ - times a
year. I 'd like to suggest you not put on the event inconflict with the
Medford series (thurs. I think) that way we can go to both. IF YOU PUT ON
THE EVENT WE WILL COME. If I can be of help down here let me know.
