Dear Northwest Racers,

I wanted to take a minute to inform you that registration is on record
pace this year. If you are planning to attend register now to assure
your spot. Currently we are at the 80% registered mark for the Pro 1-2
men and 75% for the CAT 3 men. If you are planning on racing in one of
these categories then register now as we anticipate both of these
categories will be full by the end of the week. We will start a waiting
list by the order that you register/inquire. Rest of the categories are
at or near the 50% mark , with the exception of the master men 40+.
Come on you masters guys start sending those registrations in.
Otherwise we are going 35+ to get a decent field size! I am giving all
of the NW riders a head start as I will not post this info on our web
site until tomorrow afternoon : )

This year's event is on target to be the best ever with new and exciting
things planned including faster packet pick, faster results, more prize
money, more miles, more swag and yes we have put in our order for better
weather. Stage one has been lengthened and has a new sponsor. Stage
two is all new this year and a sprinters delight. Both stage's info is
updated on our website. We will be posting frequent updates and
information at www.mthoodcyclingclassic.com so be sure to check in for
all the latest. We look forward to once again hosting this event and
seeing all of you in the Hood!
