Consider this. If car racing moves, the city can say it just built a
new bike racing park for $300,000 less than the last skate park.
Just where do you think the city will get the money to take out the old
track at PIR. Due to the elevation I doubt that this will be housing.
The next large development is the Ikea complex at the airport. Car
racing may go, but I but you guys have a bike racing park for life.
