Seems like back in 1998, the Eugene Celebration Omnium climbed that same route and those results would lay some good benchmarks to target. Regarding record times, I've never timed the entire distance from the flat Grange start line. I usually do test climbs starting from the yellow sign at the very base of the hill, and stop my watch at LeBleu Rd. at top, just before the stop sign. Not being a good climber or TT'er, my best for this climbing section is a sluggish 9:50. I'm sure some of the climbing/TT specialists out there do it much faster than that.
