Located at the Virtue Flat ORV Area, near the Oregon Trail Visitors Center, about eight miles from Baker City, free, dry camping on site. Start times are: beginners (one lap) @11am, sports (two laps) @ 12:35, experts (2 1/2 laps) @ 12:30, and pros (3 laps) @ 12:29. Fees: $20 for all racers except pros, ($25). Trailblazers, (one easy, 1/2 lap) are $5 and 10-under kids race is free.
